Growing

Succesfully planted and growing in our backyard:
Watermelon
cantalope
pumpkins
onions
lettuce
carrotts
cilantro
sunflowers
sweet peas
And,one other flower I cannot remember...

Succesfully not growing in our backyard:
Bell Peppers :(
Chickens (we want chickens some day)

Lots of sun and water and weeding and looking and most importantly, basking in the glory of our work!!

last night, 2am

Aiden walks into our room, its 2am
Aiden: Hi Mom (very chirpy)
Me: Hi Aiden, are you ok?
Aiden: Yah, I love you Mom.
Me: I love you too...do you need to go potty?
Aiden: No, I was just coming to check on you (kisses me on my arm)
Me: Oh, Aiden I love you, thank you. Now go climb back into bed, night, night.
Aiden: Ok Mom, night, night.

So cute!!

6:59am

I am standing at the bathroom sink when Aiden wakes up and creeps out of his room to find me getting ready.
Aiden: hi mom
Me: Hi Aido
Aid: I have to pee
Me: ok, go potty
Aid: Look, mom, no hands! I have been practicing alot!
Me: laughing
Aid: Mom, I am serious, i really have been practicing.
Me: Ok, Aid, wipe up the peepee on the seat
Aid: I know, I always do.
